About Shruti Dogra
Shruti is a part of the firm’s corporate commercial and M&A practice group. She is also a member of the firm’s labour and employment practice group. She is actively involved in diverse assignments in the corporate M&A, general corporate and advisory space. She has worked in diverse transactions in the corporate M&A space including cross-border transactions that relate to foreign investment in India, outbound investments, joint ventures, management buyouts and corporate restructuring. She has worked across varied segments of commerce and industry, including in manufacturing, pharma, consumer products, retail, infrastructure and renewable energy, services and trading, chemicals, F&B, IT, technology and software, ecommerce etc.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked with HSA Advocates, New Delhi, Phoenix Legal, New Delhi.
