About Chirag Jain

Chirag is a corporate and commercial lawyer and is a part of the General Corporate practice group having special expertise in e-commerce and technology sectors. His practice mainly consists of acting for promoters, management teams, corporate clients, and institutional investors on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions including acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, private equity investments, primary and secondary equity issues, and other corporate transactions.

Apart from transaction work, he routinely advises corporate clients and entrepreneurs from incumbent sectors (such as retail, food, and beverages) as well as disintermediating sectors (such as ecommerce, digital products, payments, and information technology) on entry, exit and presence in the Indian market and other general corporate matters under Indian laws.
