Twara Kamdar is a part of the firm’s real estate practice group. She brings a diverse legal perspective to the firm, advising across the real estate ecosystem while also contributing to mandates in banking, structured finance, corporate advisory, and strategic transactions within the real estate sector.

Her experience cuts across funding structures involving residential and commercial assets, retail developments, affordable housing and industrial zones.

She has worked alongside institutional investors and offshore and domestic funds, providing counsel on investments, business combinations, joint ventures, asset sales, regulatory structuring, and governance matters. Her practice has a strong cross-border element, with exposure to foreign investment flows into construction and development and infrastructure-led businesses.

Twara is deeply involved in deal strategy and implementation, frequently supporting clients beyond the transaction stage—partnering with portfolio companies to manage ongoing legal, compliance, and commercial needs throughout the investment lifecycle.

Twara holds a BLS LL.B. from the University of Mumbai and has earned her LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley.
