Siddarth has over a decade of experience advising on complex, high-stakes infrastructure and commercial disputes across India and internationally. His practice spans international and domestic arbitrations (both institutional and ad hoc), litigation before various courts and tribunals, and regulatory proceedings, with a particular focus on the construction, transport, and energy sectors.

He regularly appears before arbitral tribunals, the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and statutory authorities. His experience covers large-scale infrastructure contracts, including EPC, O&M, and PPP arrangements, across sectors such as railways, highways, airports, and power.

Known for his strategic approach, Siddarth combines legal acumen with a deep understanding of commercial and operational realities. He has advised and represented multinational corporations, global contractors, and public sector undertakings in technically and legally complex disputes.

In addition to his core disputes practice, Siddarth also advises clients on white-collar matters, including internal investigations, compliance reviews, and enforcement proceedings arising from allegations of fraud, corruption, and regulatory violations.

  • Conducted internal investigations for a multinational company into employee and vendor fraud in a in a government-linked employee protection scheme, and advised on coordination with criminal and regulatory authorities on the issue.
  • Representing multinational railway system supplier in complex, multi-stage disputes under the EDFC railway project, including strategic advice on consolidating parallel claims to avoid conflicting rulings on time and cost entitlements
  • Advising a leading healthcare diagnostics company in ongoing contractual disputes with a state government, including billing issues, service continuity, and engagement with investigative agencies regarding alleged fraud in a public health scheme.
  • Advising and representing a former royal family member in succession-related proceedings before the Jodhpur High Court, involving the application of the rule of primogeniture to the estate of the erstwhile ruler and multiple estate-related litigations with government and private parties.
  • Representing a group specializing in power and fiber cable technologies in arbitration and cross-border disputes, including claims against a state-owned telecom operator regarding deductions for cable laying works, and disputes with a Brazilian public utility over alleged quality issues in supplied transmission cables.
