Shubhi is an Associate Partner at DSK Legal with over 12 years of diverse experience across M&A, private equity, general corporate advisory, and strategic regulatory structuring. She is a part of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and General Corporate practice group and advises clients across sectors including healthcare, infrastructure, renewables, technology, and industrial manufacturing.

Her practice covers advising domestic and international clients on investment structuring, acquisitions, joint ventures, market entry strategies, and regulatory compliance. She has led and executed complex cross-border M&A deals, captive power structuring, and strategic investments including IPOs, SPACs, and carbon credit transactions. She has also been seconded as in-house legal counsel with ReNew Power where she led M&A, capital markets, and commercial advisory mandates.

Shubhi works closely with clients from deal inception to closure and beyond, including post-investment advisory. She is known for her ability to simplify legal complexities, deliver commercially sound advice, and manage cross-functional and cross-border legal teams.
