Saurabh advises in the listed securities space on Take-Over Regulations, Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements, legal framework on Insider Trading, Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices Regulations, Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) and settlements with SEBI.
