He regularly advises corporates, promoters, banks, financial institutions, and asset reconstruction companies, on the issues of enforcement of security interests, initiating and defending insolvency proceedings, and navigating the complexities of insolvency & bankruptcy laws, securitization law etc. Satendra regularly represents clients before the National Company Law Tribunal, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, and various High Courts, delivering strategic counsel and strong legal representation.
