Sanjeev Pandey is a Consultant at DSK Legal. He is an insolvency law expert and banking specialist with over 35 years’ experience at the State Bank of India, where he established and led SBI’s NCLT Division and oversaw 1,000+ CIRP and liquidation cases under the IBC. A qualified Insolvency Professional and Lawyer, he has also served at the IBBI, the Insolvency Law Regulator in corporate insolvency and policy roles including drafting of CIRP and Liquidation process regulations under IBC. 

He carries significant global banking exposure as Executive Vice President (Treasury & Investment), SBI Singapore.
