Rishi is a Partner at DSK Legal and also leads the firm’s technology practice. Recognised as a reputed practitioner in India, Rishi has over 15 years of extensive domestic and international experience, being a trusted counsel to several large multinational and Indian corporates and high net worth individuals, including many business and political leaders, and celebrities. He has significant experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investments, joint ventures, general corporate, restructuring and reorganizations, with a focus on complex, high-end corporate transactions.
