About Rahul Sinha
Rahul has an extensive and experience of more than 13 years in varied areas of law. He primarily specialises in Energy, Regulatory & Policy Litigation and Commercial Dispute Resolution. he has been associated with DSK Legal from the end of year 2011 has extensively handled litigation (for both public and private sectors) before various forums including Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board, Debt Recovery Tribunals, Company Law Board, Consumer Forums, National Company Law Tribunals etc. He has diverse experience in the areas of Energy and Infrastructure matters, Arbitration and Criminal Law.

- Assisted clients with formulation of comprehensive and innovative dispute resolution strategies both before and after a dispute arise,
- Advising university in the litigation matters related to admission, applicability of RTI on deemed university etc.
- Advising maritime board in the issues related with development of ports and the disputes arising out of the agreements.
- Insolvency disputes under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code 2016 and Scheme matters under the Companies Act 2013;
- Advising clients and appear of their behalf in criminal matters at every forum including trial courts across Maharashtra and High Court.
- Steered, strategized and contested various high-stake litigations including civil suits, writ petitions, winding-up petitions, appeals, revisions, reviews and special leave petitions.
