Preeti is a part of the firm’s real estate practice group and focuses on equity transactions in real estate and allied sectors including investments in residential/commercial projects, affordable housing projects, retail, townships, SEZs, information technology parks, etc.
She has advised various offshore and domestic funds as well as Indian companies on private equity, M&A, disposals, demergers, joint ventures, restructurings, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, with particular focus on FDI transactions in real estate, infrastructure, hospitality and allied sectors.
She actively renders advisory to clients on foreign exchange laws in real estate and allied sectors.
She graduated from the Gujarat National Law University in 2015.
• Advised The House of Abhinandan Lodha promoted entity for development and operation of luxury hotel in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh with Schloss Bangalore Limited (and its affiliates for management and operation of the proposed hotel), a Brookfield group entity, listed on the recognized stock exchanges of India.
• Advised Genkai Capital Secured Investment Pte. Ltd. and Nishi-Nippon Railroad Co. Ltd. in relation to their investment in an entity promoted by Runwal Enterprises Limited for the development of commercial real estate project named ‘Runwal BKC – A project by Runwal Enterprises and NNR’.
• Advised Clarks Leisure Private Limited, and Amavi Realty Private Limited and other promoters in relation to establishment of a platform with ASK Curated Luxury Assets
