Prachi is a corporate, commercial and transactional lawyer and is a part of the General Corporate practice group in our firm’s New Delhi office. Her practice mainly consists of advising on corporate and commercial matters such as private equity, strategic investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures involving domestic and international clients.

She also advises clients on general corporate matters under Indian laws, essentially including compliance under company laws, commercial contracts, technology laws, foreign exchange regulations, employment laws, etc.
