Prachi Garg is an Associate Partner in the Dispute Resolution Team in the Mumbai office of DSK Legal and has been associated with DSK Legal for more than 12 years. She practices in dispute resolution and has handled several commercial arbitration and litigation matters. Prachi has advised several clients, strategized matters, drafted pleadings, handled several court matters across multiple forums and arbitration proceedings with a key focus on infrastructure disputes.

Prachi has previously worked for about 3 years in general corporate and M&A practice areas. Prachi has worked on several investment deals and has an experience in drafting and reviewing several agreements including investment agreements, shareholders agreements, share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, business transfer agreements.
