Payal advises corporates, lenders, non-banking finance companies, borrowers, funds etc in relation to their corporate finance, project finance, debt raising and debt re-financing including through loans, debentures and other instruments. She actively advises clients on formulating, negotiating and implementing structures for financing transactions from a legal and regulatory perspective.

She also advises clients for recovery of the financing/investment and restructuring matters in relation thereto.

She graduated from the ILS Law College, Pune.
