Mr. Parinay T. Vasandani is an Associate Partner in the Dispute Resolution team at DSK Legal. A law graduate from the University of Delhi and an active member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association, he brings over a decade of experience in litigation. His extensive knowledge spans civil, commercial, and criminal disputes.

Mr. Vasandani has represented various clients, including prominent construction companies, power companies, insurance firms, and asset reconstruction companies, both domestically and internationally. He regularly appears before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and key tribunals such as the NCLT, NCLAT, AERAAT, NCDRC and APTEL. He has handled both domestic and international arbitration matters under the SIAC, ICC, and LCIA frameworks.

Throughout his career, Mr. Vasandani has successfully managed high-stakes disputes, particularly contractual disputes for market-leading construction companies. He regularly advises and represents Indian companies in international arbitrations, involving intricate contractual interpretation and issues of English law before SIAC.

He has also successfully obtained interim reliefs in urgent matters from various Hon’ble High Courts across India in defamation matters, petitions filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, enforcement of foreign awards etc. Mr. Vasandani also regularly advices and provides legal strategy to Insurance Companies, Indian Designers, Bollywood personalities etc.
