Recent Key Assignments

  • Represented our client Mr. Shah Rukh Khan before Bombay High Court in PIL filed in relation to Online Rummy. We successfully got deleted Mr. Khan’s name from the said PIL.
  • Representing our client Mr. Karan Johar in injunction suit before Bombay High Court for breach of his personality rights in relation to movie Shaadi Ke Director Karan Aur Johar and we obtained interim injunction seeking stay on release of movie
  • Represented our client Red Chillies Entertainment, to cub the piracy and to protect IP rights in relation the film “Jawan” and successfully moved the Delhi High Court asking for WhatsApp groups/users and Telegram channels illegally sharing the film to be immediately suspended and deactivated.
  • Successfully advised, assisted and represented our clients, Mr. Karan Johar, Dharmatic Entertainment and 2 Others (“our clients”) before the Hon’ble Calcutta High Court (“High Court”) in Public Interest Litigation (“PIL”) filed by one Ms. Nazia Elahi Khan against our clients in relation to talk show “Koffee With Karan”.
  • Successfully advised, assisted and represented our client Mr. Salman Khan before Bombay High Court in quashing criminal complaint filed against him by a journalist before Magiatrate Court at Andheri, Mumbai.
