Meghana is an Associate Partner in the firm’s Real Estate practice, with over 15 years of experience. She is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa and specializes in real estate transactions, with a particular focus on title due diligence and acquisition of agricultural and non-agricultural lands across Maharashtra.

Her practice encompasses the structuring and documentation of a broad range of real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, sale and purchase of flats and land parcels, and structured transactions for the acquisition, sale and development of land. She has extensive experience advising on matters involving lands governed by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC), Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA), Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA), and Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM). She is also well-versed in SRA PTC sale of FSI transactions.

Meghana’s key strengths include drafting and negotiating a wide range of real estate and transactional documents, with a strong focus on protecting clients’ interests while ensuring that transactions remain commercially practical and viable. Having worked in both law firms and in an in-house legal team, Meghana brings a well-rounded understanding of legal, commercial and business considerations that facilitate successful deal execution.

In addition to her real estate practice, Meghana is proficient in drafting wills and codicils.
