Karan practices primarily in Debt & Finance transactions as well as General Corporate advisory. Karan advises multinational clients, alternative investment funds, banks and non-banking financial institutions in relation to their debt transactions in Indian entities. Karan advises on matters pertaining to real estate project funding involving loans and securities. His focus areas include structuring debt transactions and lending by overseas investors / funds. In the debt transactions, he has been involved in drafting loan agreements, debenture documents and security documents. Karan also provides advise to clients in company law compliance, general corporate advisory and undertakes legal due diligence exercise. He also provides advisory in relation to investments and acquisitions in the real estate sector.
