Advised and assisted Manash Lifestyle Private Limited (Purplle) in its primary and secondary transactions with various private equity investors and family offices, for an aggregate value of ~ USD 119 million.
Advised and assisted Nspira Management Services Private Limited and Narayana group in its leveraged buy-out of Morgan Stanley Private Equity and Banyan Tree Capital, for an aggregate value of ~ USD 165 million.
Advised and assisted Mandala Capital in its investments and exits from (a) Edward Food Research and Analysis Centre; and (b) Keventer Agro Limited; and (c) Sustainable Agro Finance Limited.
