Her broad areas of expertise are general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, and strategic investments across sectors including infrastructure, financial services and fintech, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing.
She has represented global and domestic investors, financial institutions, and corporates in high-value domestic and cross-border transactions involving complex structuring, regulatory matters, and strategic business considerations

She graduated from the National Law University Odisha in 2014.
