Dhanashree is part of the Firm’s real estate team and has been with the firm for last 10 years.

Dhanashree has been involved in several assignments in relation to the acquisition of the properties, drafting of the transaction documents including the development agreement, development management agreement, conveyance deeds etc.

A key focus of Dhanashree’s work includes the exhaustive title due diligence of agricultural and non-agricultural properties in Maharashtra, and advising the client on the transaction structures in respect thereof. Dhanashree has expertise in development and transaction related to integrated township developments (ITP) in Pune and PMRDA, region.
