Bhushan is part of the Firm’s real estate group. He leads the Firm’s real estate practice in Pune and has been with the Firm for over 15 years.

Bhushan has advised numerous leading builders and developers on acquisition of the properties for undertaking the development thereof, and advising and assisting for structuring the deals and documenting the same, by formation of special purpose vehicles viz. companies, LLPs, partnership firms, Joint Venture, AOPs etc.

Bhushan has advised on various large real estate acquisition/development transactions in Pune region, under various jurisdiction viz. PMC, PCMC, Cantonment, PMRDA etc. His practice involves title diligences, acquisitions, development transactions. For major business, manufacturing industries, aggregators and potential investors, Bhushan lends his counsel on revenue laws – especially on acquisition of agricultural properties in the State of Maharashtra and assist them to evaluate the potential risk factors, comprehensively. Bhushan has expertise in development and transaction related to integrated township developments (ITP) in Pune and PMRDA, region.

Recent Key Assignments

  • Bhushan advised and assisted Malnad Project (I) Private Limited (“Company”) in respect of the sale of land admeasuring 66,803 square meters forming part of the Integrated Township situate at Village Manjari Budruk, Taluka Haveli, District Pune together with the exclusive right and entitlement to utilize development potential of 2,79,253 square meters (“Property”) in favour of Vypak Properties Private Limited.
  • Bhushan advised and assisted Gera Developments Private Limited (“Company”) in respect of acquisition of land admeasuring 50,510.35 square meters approximately forming part of the Integrated Township situate at Village Wagholi, Taluka Mulshi, District Pune (“Property”) which was owned by Real Estate Centre Private Limited and Manjari Township Private Limited.
  • Bhushan advised and assisted Pegasus Properties Private Limited (“Company”) in respect of the assignment of leasehold rights of land admeasuring 44,170 square meters in Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park Phase III situate at Village Maan, Taluka Mulshi, District Pune (“Property”) in favour of Godrej Projects Development Limited.
  • Bhushan advised and assisted Rohan Builders and Developers Private Limited (“Company”) in respect of acquisition of land admeasuring 52,110.46 sq. mtrs approximately forming part of the Integrated Township situate at Village Bhugaon, Taluka Mulshi, District Pune (“Property”) which was owned by Kaleidoscope Developers Private Limited.
  • Bhushan advised and assisted Mafatlal Industries to sell the ancestral bungalow admeasuring 1.5 Acres (approximately) of the promoters Mr. Hrishikesh Maftlal and others, situate at Shivajinagar, Pune to Amar Group (Pune based Real Estate developer).
