  • Advising and representing Indraprastha Gas Limited in its disputes concerning the Central Government authorization for developing and expanding its City Gas Distribution Network in the Geographical Areas of Gurugram, Faridabad and Noida before the Delhi High Court, Punjab & Haryana High Court, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, and Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board.
  • Advising and representing the Union of India in a high-stake arbitration involvning disputes and differences that arose between the Parties regarding the disallowance of costs Production Sharing Contract concerning Petroleum Operations to be conducted in an area in India’s territorial waters, continental shelf, and exclusive economic zone located in the Krishna- Godavari basin, off the eastern coast of India in the Bay of Bengal.
  • Advising the Government of India for preparation of a bill to be tabled before the Parliament for amendment of Regulatory laws and statutes in the Oil and Gas Sector.
