Experience

Akanksha is a part of the firm’s capital markets practice group. She has over 13 years of experience in capital markets (with over 9 years of experience at DSK Legal), having advised on significant and landmark transactions, across a range of sectors.

She has extensive experience in initial public offering, qualified institutions placement, rights issue, GDRs, reverse listing for various industries and sectors, including, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, real estate, service, construction, technology and financial service. She has also advised various public sector undertakings in their fund offerings.

She has recently advised in the initial public offering of CMR Green Technologies Limited of ₹6,306.20 million in June 2026 and Laser Power & Infra Limited of ₹7,420 million in July 2026, reverse listing of OneSource Specialty Pharma Limited in January 2025. She actively advises underwriters in the initial public offering. She works closely with various private equity funds in their exits in the IPO process.

She graduated from the ILS Law College, Pune in 2012.

Recent Key Assignments

  • Acted as sole legal counsel to Stalwart People Services India Limited and Bajaj Capital Securities Limited (Book Running Lead Manager) in connection with the Company’s initial public offering comprising a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹1,500 million and an offer for sale of equity shares by the promoter selling shareholders, with the Draft Red Herring Prospectus filed with SEBI, BSE and NSE.
  • Advising and acting as the domestic legal counsel to the book running lead managers of Laser Power & Infra Limited with respect to its initial public offering of ₹7,420 million, through a combination of fresh issue and offer for sale, which got listed in July 2026.
  • Acted as the domestic legal counsel to the book running lead managers of CMR Green Technologies Limited with respect to its initial public offering of ₹6,306.20 million through offer for sale, which got listed in June 2026.
  • Advising and acting as the domestic legal counsel to the book running lead managers of Hotel Polo Towers Limited with respect to its proposed initial public offering through fresh issue and offer for sale, whose DRHP got filed in September 2025.
  • Advising and acting as the domestic legal counsel to the book running lead managers of Aarvee Engineering Consultants Limited with respect to its proposed initial public offering through fresh issue and offer for sale of Equity Shares, whose DRHP got filed in September 2025.
  • Advised OneSource Specialty Pharma Limited in its listing pursuant to the scheme of arrangement amongst Strides, Steriscience and our Company and their respective shareholders and creditors, under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013, sanctioned by the NCLT on November 14, 2024.
