DSK Legal has a
team which renders legal services relating to the Protection of Children
from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 (“Act”) to our clients. Our team
provides the following services:
- Rendering advisory services on all aspects of law relating to the protection of children from sexual offenses and any issues arising in connection with the Act.
- Conducting awareness and sensitization sessions for our clients to apprise them of their obligations, roles, and duties in compliance with the Act.
- Drafting of policies for the safety and protection of children.
- Guiding our clients with mechanisms to ensure that they are in compliance with the Act, guidelines and notifications issued by the state / central government.
