DSK Legal hosted the 6th Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court in Mumbai
The Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court Competition, hosted every year by McDermott Will and Emery, has been hailed internationally as the leading moot in the field of investment protection law. This year it has been scheduled from March 18, 2013 to March 23, 2013 to be held at the University of Frankfurt am Main and the Frankfurt am Main Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), Germany. The final round shall be chaired by Mr. Peter Tomka, the President of the International Court of Justice.
The structure of the competition is such that every country is represented by not more than 6 colleges. This year DSK Legal is proud and priviledged to host the elimination rounds in Mumbai on Sunday, February 10, 2013 to choose the 6 best teams which shall then participate in the 6th Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court.
