National Company Law Appellate Tribunal

  1. NCLAT dismisses appeal filed by Balaji Traders against Asian Paints;

Enforcement Orders

  1. CCI dismisses bid rigging allegations against HP;
  2. Gokul companies cleared of collusion charges.

Combination Orders

Competition Commission of India has approved of –

  1. Bharti Airtel’s 1.05% increase in shareholding in Indus Towers;
  2. the acquisition of Flipkart’s shares by Alphabet;
  3. Temasek’s minority investment in Rebel Foods; and
  4. the minority investment in VFS Global by Temasek.

Regulatory Updates

  1. Competition Commission of India (Manner of Recovery of Monetary Penalty) Regulations, 2025 enforced;
  2. Draft CCI (Determination of Cost of Production) Regulations, 2025 released.
