About Prachi Garg
Prachi Garg is an Associate Partner in the Dispute Resolution Team in the Mumbai office of DSK Legal and has been associated with DSK Legal for almost 12 years. Her practice areas are commercial arbitration and litigation. Prachi handles various matters across different forums and specializes in strategizing and advising on corporate litigation matters. She has handled several arbitration proceedings with a key focus on infrastructure disputes. She has previously worked for about 3 years in general corporate and M&A practice areas as well.
Prachi graduated from the Government Law College in 2012 and qualified as Solicitor from the Bombay Incorporated Law of Society in 2014. She is registered to practice with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
