About Karan Ajitsaria
Karan practices primarily in Debt & Finance transactions.
Karan advises multinational clients, alternative investment funds, banks and non-banking financial institutions in relation to their debt transactions in Indian entities.
Karan advises on matters pertaining to real estate project funding involving loans and securities. His focus areas include structuring debt transactions and lending by overseas investors / funds.
Karan also provides advise to various clients in company law compliance and in general corporate advisory.
Karan graduated from Symbiosis Society’s Law College, Pune in the year 2006 and is registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
