She also has significant experience in redevelopment projects, including transaction structuring, negotiations, and documentation.
Gauri has extensive expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents and is known for providing commercially practical and solution-oriented advice. Having worked across both law firms and in-house legal teams, she brings a strong understanding of business and commercial objectives to complex real estate transactions.
