Arurima is a part of the firm’s real estate and banking and finance practice group.

Her domain specialization involves financing transactions in real estate, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, infrastructure and allied sectors. Her primary focus is on all forms of debt funding, debt restructuring and asset management. She regularly advises clients on devising strategies and implementing structures for various financing and debt restructuring transactions.

Arurima’s experience also includes advising various banks, NBFC’s and offshore and domestic funds on enforcement and dispute resolution strategies in default situations.

She graduated from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2013.

  • Advised HDFC Capital Affordable Real Estate Fund – 3 in its debt investment of Rs. 1150,00,00,000/- in entities promoted by the Puravankara group by way of subscription to secured, unlisted, redeemable non-convertible debentures.
  • Advised Sunteck Realty Limited in respect of setting up of a joint platform with International Finance Corporation for developing affordable housing projects within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
  • Advised a construction and development company based out of Mumbai in availing debt investment from an American global alternative investment firm by way of issuance of secured, unlisted, redeemable non-convertible debentures.
  • Advised Certus Investment Management Private Limited in its debt investment of Rs. 180,00,00,000/- in Cybercity Builders and Developers Private Limited (Hyderabad) by way of subscription to secured, unlisted, redeemable non-convertible debentures.
  • Advised a real estate conglomerate based out of Mumbai in restructuring of its debt portfolio availed from a non-banking finance company.
