  • Successfully handled, advised and strategized the litigation of an automotive major Uno Minda Ltd. w.r.t disputes arising from the Joint Venture Agreement for alternative fuel systems, with a Canadian automotive company, Westport Fuel Systems Srl.
  • Handling, advising and strategizing an ICC arbitration for an Italy based construction major Primetals Technologies Italy Ltd. (erstwhile Siemens, now owned by Mitsubishi group) with respect to construction of a steel plant in India.
  • Successfully advised and represented assisted infrastructure major Larsen & Toubro (L&T) defence manufacturing facility in an Appeal before the National Green Tribunal challenging the Environment Clearance given to a leading cement industry.
  • Handling, advising and assisting country’s leading technology repository Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), against HCL Technologies w.r.t. disputes arising from one IT services contracts for claims worth USD 100 million.
  • Successfully advised and represented Saint Gobain (India) Pvt. Ltd. before the Hon’ble Supreme Court in an appeal from an NGT Order regarding closure of its plant for alleged environmental violations.
  • Advising, assisting an international property management company Cushman & Wakefield with respect to its disputes before the arbitral tribunal in a dispute between Google India Inc. and real estate major.
