Aravind is a part of the firm’s corporate commercial and M&A practice group. His broad areas of focus are equity and financing transactions, strategic investments, shareholder disputes, corporate compliances, employment laws and real estate.

He has advised various domestic and international investment funds and companies on private equity, M&A, demergers, spin-offs, joint ventures, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. He regularly advises clients in respect of title verification, land aggregation/acquisition and leasing/acquisition of office spaces. In addition to transactions, he advises MNCs and startups on employment/labour related matters, data protection, privacy laws, drafting of HR manuals and IT/security/privacy policies and constitution of welfare and statutory committees.

He graduated from the Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, in 2016 and is qualified to register as a Practicing Company Secretary with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
