Abhishek is a Partner at DSK Legal’s New Delhi office and part of the Asia (including Japan and Korea) Practice Group. He has more than 15 years of experience advising on corporate matters, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, antitrust disputes, merger control filings, policy issues, compliance, and taxation. He regularly assists foreign clients in India and supports them in their incorporation and expansion. He represented the Competition Commission of India between 2011 and 2017 and was counsel for the Income Tax Department before the Delhi High Court from 2013 to 2015. He has also represented private clients in matters related to Indirect Taxation before the CESTAT, State VAT Tribunals, Commissionerates, High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India.
