Confederation of Indian Bar organized an All India Seminar on judicial reforms at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi. Her Excellency Mrs. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, the President of India inaugurated the Seminar on 31st July, 2010. Mr. Anand Desai,Managing Partner, DSK Legal was speaker for a session on “Strengthening the administration of Justice towards Reducing Pendency”. Mr. Bishwajit Bhattacharya,Additional Solicitor General of India, Mr. Arun Mohan,Senior Advocate, Dr. Shyamala Pappu
Former Member, Law Commission of India, Mr. Sushil Kumar Jain,Former President, Supreme Court AOR Association and Ms. Pusshp Gupta (PPT) were other speakers for the session. Hon’ble Mr. Justice A.K. Patnaik,Judge, Supreme Court of India presided this session.
